For the supergau, she has conceived the supernoodle – a concept that, in keeping with the principle of “mothering the mother,” sets the table for all those who usually take care of the others.

The ingredients: unusual settings, a pop-up kitchen, helping hands and good conversations at long tables about topics that move people in the supergau.
