Supernudel

In Lungau, many arts have their place – including the contemporary art of culinary arts. Theresa Santner is an occupational therapist from Lungau and an enthusiastic cook.
Homemade pasta is her passion and anyone who follows her Instagram channel knows that she is a true artist.
For the supergau, she has conceived the supernoodle – a concept that, in keeping with the principle of “mothering the mother,” sets the table for all those who usually take care of the others.

The ingredients: unusual settings, a pop-up kitchen, helping hands and good conversations at long tables about topics that move people in the supergau.
