SUPER STADL

Three hay barns in Pinzgau are being given a new lease of life. Due to changes in agriculture, they are losing their original purpose of storing hay, becoming obsolete and in some cases falling into disrepair. The hay barns thus symbolise the structural change that has been taking place in rural areas for many years. Targeted interventions are turning them into super towns that extend across the entire valley as alternative public spaces. As centres of attraction, they become meeting places for the Supergaufestival and beyond.
