The annual Composers’ Forum in Mittersill will be a guest at the Supergau Festival: music artist Natalia Pschenitschnikova and musician and composer Wolfgang Seierl will take part in the festival as guests in residence and help shape Supergau.

Natalia Pschenitschnikova, born in Moscow, is a singer, flutist, performer and composer. In addition to her solo and chamber music activities, she works in various theatre and dance projects. Her experimental work focusses on the correlation of sound and space, the ecology of sound and the energetic properties of sound and voice.

Wolfgang Seierl, born 1955 in Vienna, is a musician, composer and visual artist. He studied in Vienna and Salzburg and has given numerous concerts, performances and exhibitions in Austria and abroad. Since 1996 conception and director of the Composers’ Forum Mittersill, 2015-2017 artistic director of the artist symposium ORTUNG Stuhlfelden, 2018 project “Café Susi” as part of the initiative of the province of Salzburg Wahre Landschaft. Since 2018 conception and management of the INSEL Retz initiative together with Veronika Humpel
The Composers’ Forum Mittersill was founded in 1996 by Wolfgang Seierl and Christian Heindl as a living memorial to the composer Anton Webern, who died in tragic circumstances in Mittersill in 1945, and has since established itself as an annual meeting of artists in September with a festival character (Falter) and a platform for contemporary music and art. The results of being and working together in the midst of the Mittersill mountains are communicated in close contact with the local population and documented in concerts, publications, radio programmes and CD productions (a klang_records). www.kofomi.com
