Salzburger Land

Feldarbeiter:innen
Performance

In this Tractor.Knit.Techno.Performance a landscape, knitting, sound and video artist transforms a meadow into a modern field and makes visible fields (of work) in which women are working together – from harvest workers to cultural workers.
Empowered by machines such as tractors and knitting machines, they do not adhere to pre-knit patterns, but stake out a new field on unworked terrain. Knitting, working together, networking with each other and strong sounds as an artistic field performance in front of an audience. Don’t be afraid of big machines, baby!
