gruppe19 explores the customs of the “Eisheiligen” and puts this tale in a new staging format. They carry the “Eisheiligen” to their graves, which are presented in a procession as ice cream in a coffin. With this farewell to the dead they question social systems: to what extent are they constructed? Do they follow a divine or a natural order?
